- Privacy & Security
- ZQ provides a quality assurance period of 90 days(refer to your specific product) from the date of purchase (Warranty Period) to all of our authorized distributors and wholesalers who sell our authentic products, our warranty policy applies only to those customers who purchase directly from ZQ (distributors and wholesalers). If you have purchased the product from an unauthorized dealer, all support and warranty issues should be directed to that dealer.
- Our warranty does not cover atomizers and accessories(Coil, USB Cable, Glass tube, Cases etc) due to it being a consumable product, however if the product happens to be in faulty state at the time of receiving the goods, please inform us immediately prior to using it.
- We don’t provide customer service to fake ZQ products. You may go to Verify Products to check out if your products are from ZQ official. Items damaged by misuse or improper care by users or other failures caused other than by manufacturer defects won’t get warranty either.
- If the product is confirmed to be an authentic product, please contact email@example.com or your sales representative, you may need send us receipt, pictures, videos or report to show your product issues, once we confirm the issues belong to us, we will arrange the replacement.
- We will cover the shipping cost if your products is Dead On Arrival, otherwise the customer is responsible for this cost. It is recommended to use a shipping method which provides a tracking number to guarantee its delivery. We are not responsible for lost packages or additional fees which may apply not covered under this warranty.
(IMPORTANT NOTICE: You need to contact our service before shipping out your broken items with clear video, images, security code, order ID, purchasing invocie etc)
- Generally, we will ship the replacement after approving the problem. When you place your new order, please leave a message in order note to remind us of it, or you can contact us directly. Sometimes when the replacement is not available, we will ship your order first and leave the replacement sent to you with your next order.
- If you’re reseller, you can replace the items for your customers and collect the broken items in one or 2 months(within the guarantee period) to send them back to us together. Please contact us or your sales representative when you are ready to send them back to us, we will process the replacement for all of them together.
- Limitation of Warranty
- Products with following conditions will have invalid warranty.
- Customer doesn’t provide warranty card and original receipt and package of purchase.
- Product failure or damage is caused due to unauthorized repair.
- Product failure or damage is caused due to misuse or improper care from consumers.
- Product inspected to be a counterfeit.
- This warranty does not cover personal items or consumable goods and attachments, including but not limited to: mouthpiece, coil, o-ring, glass tube etc.
